Initiate Request
Log in to your Wrogn account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.
Pack the Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and the invoice securely tucked inside the box.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive within 48-72 hours for a doorstep pickup; ensure you receive a signed acknowledgment receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the quality check is completed at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
